For only 29,90€, EGYM-WELLPASS gives you access to over 6,500 sports facilities in Germany and Austria. We want to make the journey to work as comfortable as possible for our employees. With the Marc O'Polo shuttle bus, you can travel from Rosenheim train station to the headquarters in the morning and back again in the evening. If you are travelling by car, there are parking facilities and sufficient e-charging stations directly on the campus. There is also our bike leasing offer, where you can take out a subsidised leasing contract for a bike of your choice. This way, you can also travel shorter distances in an environmentally friendly and sporty way.

Our employees are entitled to 30 days of holiday per year. Marc O’Polo also offers you additional days of leave for special occasions in your life, such as a move or your own wedding. There are also sabbaticals or flexication. This means you can apply for up to 20 additional, unpaid days of leave per calendar year. This allows you to leave work for a while, e.g. to travel the world or to spend time with your family. You can also use the Marc O’Polo Mountain Lodge in the Thierseetal (Austria) for private events in your free time.
