WHAT YOU CAN CREATE
- Du übernimmst die stellvertretende Leitung eines Marc O’Polo Stores und unterstützt den Store-Manager bei der Koordination des Teams und der Organisation.
- Als Gastgeber:in bietest du deinen Kund:innen ein besonderes Shopping-Erlebnis – von der Warenpräsentation bis zur Premium-Beratung.
- Im Store übernimmst du die Verantwortung für eigene Bereiche und leitest Team-Meetings.
- Du trägst nicht nur zur Einhaltung der Arbeitsabläufe bei, sondern verbesserst sie auch mit Hilfe kennzahlenbasierter Auswertungen (KPIs).
- Du hilfst bei der Rekrutierung neuer Teammitglieder, Planung der Personalkosten sowie im Onboarding und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter:innen.
- Inventuren, die Planung und Durchführung von Events und die Umsetzung von Visual-Merchandise-Richtlinien gehören zu deinen vielfältigen Aufgaben.

- Kommunikation ist deine Stärke, du bist offen und gehst gern auf Menschen zu.
- Management bedeutet für dich, durch gute Organisation und Koordination zum Erreichen der Unternehmensziele beizutragen – und dabei den Überblick zu behalten.
- Du bist ein echter Team-Player und packst selbst mit an. Deine Kolleg:innen schätzen dich für deine Zuverlässigkeit und deinen empathischen Führungsstil.
- Im Einzelhandel hast du bereits mehrere Jahre gearbeitet und bestenfalls eine Ausbildung in diesem Bereich abgeschlossen.
- Mit MS Office, Teams und Software wie Futura und RFID kennst du dich aus.
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
