WHAT YOU CAN CREATE

  • You will take over the deputy management of a Marc O'Polo store and support the store manager in coordinating the team and organisation.
  • As a host, you offer your customers a special shopping experience - from product presentation to premium advice.
  • In the store, you will take responsibility for your own areas and lead team meetings.
  • You will not only contribute to compliance with work processes, but also improve them with the help of KPI-based analyses.
  • You will help with the recruitment of new team members, planning personnel costs and the onboarding and development of employees.
  • Inventories, the planning and realisation of events and the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines are part of your diverse tasks.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Communication is your strength, you are open and enjoy approaching people.
  • For you, management means contributing to the achievement of company goals through good organisation and coordination - and keeping an overview at the same time.
  • You are a real team player and lend a hand yourself. Your colleagues value you for your reliability and empathetic management style.
  • You have already worked in retail for several years and have ideally completed training in this area.
  • You are familiar with MS Office, Teams and software such as Futura and RFID.
  • You have a good command of German and English.

Would you like to take on more responsibility? Our "Develop Yourself" programme provides you with various trainings and coachings to help you develop into a management or expert position. As a Sales Expert Styling, for example, you advise customers with a private shopping appointment; as a training agent, you train your colleagues in internal sales training.
