You will support the Legal Department in all operational and organisational tasks.
You are the first point of contact for colleagues from the specialist departments for legal issues of all kinds. You coordinate legal enquiries and are responsible for the underlying process.
You support the creation of standard contracts, documents and legal guidelines in all relevant legal fields.
You will carry out legal research and analyse relevant legislation, judgements and regulatory developments.
In addition to internal communication, you will also correspond with contractual partners, authorities and external law firms.
You will create and maintain internal databases, the contract management system and summaries on legal topics.
You will assist in the management and follow-up of ongoing legal cases, including monitoring deadlines.
You will actively participate in training courses to continuously expand your legal expertise and keep it up to date.
You will have ideas, help shape new legal processes with the legal team and support them through to implementation.
